Acv at Bass Hill, formerly part of Gateway Lifestyle Group is our first property. It is an village of green with well-maintained gardens connecting a mix of 40 permanent relocatable homes, 36 short-term cabin accommodation and recently renovated motel rooms. We offer 40 permanent homes, 36 freestanding cabins and 14 recently-renovated motel rooms. Each of our motel rooms has air conditioning and a TV, dining space, a refrigerator and tea and coffee facilities. Some rooms offer kitchenette facilities and a microwave. Laundry facilities are also located separately on site. Our cabin rooms have private bathrooms and open plan living. All guests have access to two separate amenities blocks, one with a bathtub and laundry facilities. We also have free on-site parking, barbecue facilities and a welcoming community room with lounge and kitchen facilities.
